Top 5 smartphones in 2012

This is the end of the year and the holiday season, and we saw many great and beautiful smartphones coming in the 2012. Here, therefore, is the list of top 5 smartphones of 2012, and we are hoping that 2013 will give us some cool surprises as well:

Apple iPhone 5# 1: Apple iPhone 5

No surprise on the throne. The smartphone from the Apple brand has flooded the market since its furious introduction on September 12, 2012. It offers many improvements from its previous version compared to the iPhone 4S, especially in terms of software, with iOS 6, which is supposed to be twice as fast as iOS 5. The iPhone 5 comes with the Retina display, Lightning connector and EarPods, which are basically new headphones with improved ergonomics.

Samsung Galaxy Note 2# 2: Samsung Galaxy Note 2

The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 deserves the number 2, because it pushes the boundaries between smartphones and tablets. This is a “phablet” and it is really fabulous! It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, with a quad-core Exynos processor of 1.6 GHz, 2 GB RAM (super-fast!) and a HD Super AMOLED screen of 5.5 inches. In addition, there is also the stylus, the S Pen that offers good features and acts as a handy and well thought out accessory.

Samsung Galaxy S3# 3: Samsung Galaxy S3

Samsung Galaxy S III is the best Android Smartphone available today. Its shape is nice and rounded, almost perfect ergonomics and specifications are really upscale – Super AMOLED 4.8″ chip Exynos 4412 Quad Processor Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A9 and the most recent version of Android. This smartphone has an excellent price / quality ratio.

HTC Windows Phone 8X# 4: HTC 8X

After iOS and Android, here is our first Windows Phone on the list. HTC 8X comes in vibrant colours and a really elegant form. Its screen is a 4.3 inch Super S-LCD2 with a resolution of 720 × 1280 pixels. This smartphone comes with Beats Audio and an additional amp to the headphone jack for enhanced audio experience.

Nokia Lumia 920# 5: Nokia Lumia 920

Our second Windows Phone smartphone, the Nokia Lumia 920 also comes in a variety of bright colours, but it is heavier than the previous smartphone. Its screen is beautiful, made with ClearBlack technology PureMotion HD + display which allows control even with nails and gloves.

Five future smartphones

The end of this year 2012 is also marked by more great smartphones such as the Droid RAZR Maxx HD, Google Nexus 4, HTC One X+, HTC 8S and Nokia Lumia 820. But here we have based our list on most smartphones mentioned earlier this year, rated under 2012.
